We do not process any specially protected data.
All the aforementioned data has been obtained either directly from you through the submission of a commercial offer, contractual proposal, etc., or from your company when it provided us with the identification data and other information necessary to fulfill the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. It is your or your company’s responsibility to provide us with updated data in the event of any changes.

 

For what purpose do we process your data?

We process the data provided by interested parties in order to manage various activities arising from specific procedures related to sales, after-sales service, supplier management, service quality, etc. Specifically, we will use your data to carry out some of the following actions:

• Sending you the information you request through the contact form on our website or any other means of contacting our company.
• Providing both potential and existing customers with offers for products and services that may be of interest to them.

How long will we retain your data?

This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period even after you have stopped using our products or have ceased using this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all our systems.

In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or the competent supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates applicable data protection legislation.

We undertake not to send marketing communications by email without the recipient’s prior explicit consent. The User may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time through the mechanisms provided in each communication

 

Procedure in the Event of Unlawful Activities

If any user or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances revealing the unlawful nature of the use of any content and/or the performance of any activity on the website, they must notify THE WEBSITE OWNER, duly identifying themselves, specifying the alleged infringements, and expressly declaring under their responsibility that the information provided in the notification is accurate.
