We are convinced that the only way to move forward is by collectively benefiting from shared knowledge and collaborative work. For this reason, we want to share with everyone who visits us some of the BIM families we use in our day-to-day projects. You can use them exactly as we do.
Take a look and enhance your models, turning them into higher-value digital assets.

Steel staircase with a width of 1 m, designed to accommodate variable height differences. The steps maintain a 250 mm tread depth and a variable riser height depending on the total level difference to be overcome.
The family also includes Right and Left Side Access options, allowing adaptation to different accessibility conditions.
Nested families are maintained for the Step and Landing components, as well as the Handrail and the U-shaped profile forming the structural frame of the staircase.

Prefabricated module for a Measurement Center.
The total width and length can be selected.
For plan representation, annotation lines have been used to speed up view processing when printing or exporting.

Prefabricated module for a Switching Center.

Concrete prefabricated module manhole. The cover represents an iron slab with a parameter to control whether it is slotted or smooth.
Among other parameters, the height and diameter can be adjusted.
The bottom part simulates the lean concrete that serves as a base for each module, which is calculated based on the height.
The reference level is located at the top, so when its height is modified, the cover elevation remains in the same position.
Some of the shared parameters, combined with a Dynamo routine, allow the automatic calculation of the absolute top elevation.

This is a grouped fire signage family that allows you to select which signs you want to display.
The issue this family aims to solve is that, in many cases, identical groups of signs are placed in multiple locations throughout a project. Additionally, representing these signs in drawings often requires a workflow that slows down the modeling process.
To address this, we have developed a family that groups several of the required signs needed to define the full passive fire protection of a project.
You can choose between A3-sized signs for large areas (such as warehouse zones in logistics buildings) and A4-sized signs (for other areas such as offices or hospitals).

Used in urbanized areas as a guide or reference element in specific vehicle circulation zones.

Represents a louvered door intended for installation in rooms requiring ventilation.
In this family, users can define the height and width, as well as select the number of leaves (single or double) and the opening mechanism (anti-snag handle or panic bar)
These parameters have been introduced as a type in order to take advantage of their legend component when creating the carpentry drawings.

Hydrocarbon separator of the commercial brand Techneau.
It comes in two types, depending on the length (4645 mm or 6645 mm).
For projects where stormwater collection is required in areas with vehicle traffic.
The connectors are configured to allow for slopes.
(The manhole is not included.)

Configurable shelving unit for logistics projects.
The number of modules it consists of can be customized, as well as the height and width of each module and the number of divisions.
